Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note: Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $250 (before tax and after discounts).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of the order. We reserve the right to change carriers as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at support@theblacksafari.com and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we are not liable for lost or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier, we will help you file a claim with the shipping provider if needed. Please reach out to us for assistance.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
